Joe Horzepa has extensive transactional experience that encompasses financings, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, corporate governance and employment matters. Mr. Horzepa is a founding partner with Horzepa, Spiegel & Associates, PC and has represented a wide variety of clients, including venture capital firms and emerging companies in the manufacturing, retail/e-commerce, telecommunications, energy, software and technology industries.

Prior to founding his law firm Mr. Horzepa served as the General Counsel of a number of emerging private companies in the high-tech markets, including PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc., BBS Technologies, Inc. and Paymetric, Inc. Mr. Horzepa began his career as an associate in the corporate department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in both their Houston and New York offices.

Mr. Horzepa is a graduate of Wesleyan University and a cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is licensed to practice in Texas and New York.
