Ben Erwin has spent over 15 years developing, executing and leading global corporate strategy across of a variety of industries.  He has deep financial expertise with strength in merger & acquisition transactions, restructuring, corporate finance and planning & analysis.  Ben is currently the Chief Financial Officer for TestAmerica, a $300 million rollup, and assists RedHouse Associates on a part-time basis.  Ben has led business development organizations for high growth businesses and most recently was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Cornell Companies (NYSE: CRN).  While at Cornell, Ben was a member of the executive committee and oversaw the rapid growth of the business resulting in a sale of the company for $750mm. 

Prior to Cornell, Ben held business development and strategy positions at Enron Corp and Trilogy Software. 

Ben is a member of the Board of Directors at Breakthrough Houston, the Finance Committee at YES Prep Public Schools and the Finance Committee at St. Luke's United Methodist Church.  He graduated with honors from Wake Forest University with a BA in Political Science and a BA in Economics.
